Our care is as individual as the people we care for. We will visit you at home to discuss your needs and develop a care programme that works for you and in partnership your family and others close to you.
We aim to build good relationships with your family, and work with your medical team or social workers to ensure that you receive the practical, medical and emotional care and support that you need.
Our carers are sensitive, discreet and trained to treat everyone as an individual.
Our assistance can range from 30 minute ‘pop in’ visit to 24 hour care: it all depends on what you need.
Continuity of care
We aim to assign each service user with the same staff members as much as possible to maintain continuity of care. That approach offers stability, time to build trust and for the service user and carer to get to know each other.
